Today, the Department of Mental Health and Addiction released their Annual Report. The 2024-25 Mental Health and Addiction Annual Report highlights some of Recovery Alberta’s programs and services over the last fiscal year. We’re also happy to share our own 2024-25 Year in Review Summary with you. We are proud of all the work we have accomplished and are grateful to you for your help in making it happen.
The creation and stand-up of Recovery Alberta are among the biggest highlights. I would like to acknowledge a few of the significant strides we've made together as we continue to shape a recovery-oriented future for mental health, addiction, and correctional healthcare in Alberta.
Looking toward our next year of operation, Recovery Alberta is laying the foundation for a more integrated, equitable, and accountable health system. In the year ahead, our focus remains on delivering accessible, high-quality, recovery-oriented care for Albertans with moderate to severe mental health and addiction needs.
Together, we are building something truly transformative. I want to thank our staff and physicians, as well as our community partners. Your passion and dedication to our patients make this work possible.
Recovery Alberta is more than just our name. It's what we empower daily.
