Many teens try substances like alcohol or drugs. Some try them only a few times and stop. Others may continue to use them on a more regular basis. Substances teens may try include tobacco and other nicotine products, alcohol, cannabis or other drugs, household products (inhalants), and prescription or over-the-counter medicines. The Digital Overdose Response System (DORS) is a free, discrete mobile app that can help prevent overdose deaths among people using opioids and other substances while alone. The DORS app can be downloaded from any smart phone’s app store, or through the links available on DORSApp.ca.
